1.3C - The positive impact of library/knowledge services can be demonstrated.

Trusts Scoring Full Compliance in 2014

Criterion number 1.3c of the LQAF looks as impact. In 2014 it was the lowest scoring criterion in the NW with only 10 trusts scoring full compliance. The SAT statements, supporting evidence and HCLU comments from these 10 submissions are below.
